Here’s The Hidden Meaning Behind EXO Kai’s Solo Album Title And The Teaser Release Date
EXO‘s Kai will be the second member in the group to debut solo, following Baekhyun‘s successful releases. His debut album will drop in November 2020 and fans are already excited. With the album titled KAI (开) fans have come up with a very good explanation for it.
It all links back to his very first teaser back with EXO’s debut. EXO’s debut was teased for a total of 100 days, with Kai kicking it off. From here, it was already speculated that his stage name was a reflection of the Chinese pronunciation for the Hanja character, 开(read as ‘Kai’), which means to open.
With his new album, the Hanja character was made into an ‘A’ and worked into his logo.
Interestingly enough, the teasers dropped on 11 November 2020, which fans noted that it numerically is 4 of the number 1, which can be formed into the Hanja character for Kai as well.
Isn’t that interesting? Kai’s solo album will be released on 30 November 2020. Stay tuned!
