On July 24, the first hearing for the lawsuit filed by A against actor Kang Kyung Joon was held in private, with only Kang’s lawyers in attendance.
The court decided to accept the case, meaning that the defendant acknowledges that the plaintiff has the right to file a claim. In short, Kang Kyung Joon accepted A’s request, acknowledging the suspicions of having an affair.
Previously, the actor was sued in a lawsuit claiming that he had an affair with the plaintiff’s wife.

Earlier this year, text messages between Kang Kyung Joon and a married woman were released online.
Korean netizens were utterly disappointed that the news was actually true.
