KATSEYE’s Megan Unable To Perform After Suffering Injury
KATSEYE‘s Megan will miss some upcoming group activities.
On September 16, it was announced that Megan suffered a back injury in Korea that would limit her participation in upcoming activities.

While taking part in KATSEYE’s official schedule in Korea, Megan suffered a minor injury by straining her back. As per physician advice, Megan will limit her participation in some of the upcoming promotions and activities in Asia to ensure that she is able to rest and recuperate fully.

A couple of days later, on September 18, KATSEYE’s Japan schedule was announced. The group is continuing its Asia promotional tour and has just concluded its schedule for the Philippines.

Unfortunately, an additional update has now been shared regarding Megan’s activity status. Although initially described as a “minor injury” due to back strain, Megan cannot perform for the remainder of KATSEYE’s promotional tour in Asia. As advised by medical professionals, she must focus on her recovery.

While Megan has made every effort to continue, her condition has unfortunately worsened, and after consulting with medical professionals she will step back from performances for the remainder of the Asia promotional tour.
Megan will focus on her recovery during this time, with the goal of returning stronger for future stages.

Megan later shared a personal message to fans via Weverse. She explained that her condition got worse. So, although devastated, she knows she must rest and recover to heal fully.
Hi EYEKONS… unfortunately my back condition has gotten worse. The doctor and I came to the decision it would be best for me to rest and let my body fully heal for the remainder of the trip. I am devastated i wont be able to be there for the Japanese EYEKONS but i am making sure to do everything i can to get better so next time i could bring my 100%! Im so sorry and i will be back very soon! Thank you for all of your support I love you❤️❤️
