Reports surfaced that a female AfreecaTV streamer, identified as “A,” had extorted over ₩800 million KRW (approximately $569,000 USD) from Junsu across 101 separate instances spanning September 2020 to recent months. Allegedly, after meeting Junsu in 2019, “A” threatened to release private audio recordings discussing intimate topics, coercing payments in exchange for silence.
