Kim Tae Hee and Rain Slash Rent By 50% To Ease Hardships Faced By Tenants In Their Buildings Due To Coronavirus
Star couple Kim Tae Hee and Rain have done another good deed to aid the public in light of the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak in South Korea.
According to an exclusive report from Star News, both Kim Tae Hee and Rain have decided to lower the rental fee for all of their tenants in their building by 50% for the month of March, due to the hardships businesses are facing because of the Coronavirus outbreak. Tenants in both Kim Tae Hee’s building near Gangnam Station and in Rain’s building in Cheongdam-dong will see a 50% reduction in rent prices for the month.
Kim Tae Hee and Rain both decided to reduce the rent prices as they decided they will join forces with their tenants, and overcome Coronavirus together. They both simply want to ease the hardships that their tenants are facing due to Coronavirus.
The couple have been noted for their consistent charitable donations in the past. Following each of their daughter’s 100th day, Kim Tae Hee donated 100 million KRW to her church, while Rain has also donated to various foundations in Southeast Asia to help bring drinkable water and wells to areas that don’t have it.
