KISS OF LIFE has gained praise for their comments about “tanning.”
Recently, KISS OF LIFE took the internet by storm with the release of their summer digital track “Sticky.”
After the release, the members posted some content reacting to the music video.
Throughout the video, the members spoke about getting tanned during the video, whether it was while filming scenes or when reminiscing about certain parts of the music video and how it felt to film them.
In particular, when Natty spoke about them tanning naturally, she emphasized that they could give off a “healthy” vibe, looking at it from a very positive angle.
When the video was posted, netizens couldn’t stop praising KISS OF LIFE for their positive attitudes towards beauty. K-Pop is known for strict standards, and in Korea, having “pale” skin is seen as superior, but KISS OF LIFE’s comments showcased that this view isn’t held by everyone.
