Man Receives Prank Calls Because His Phone Number Was Accidentally Used In A Song
He didn’t expect it to happen.
An online community member shared his father’s experience with prank calling. He reportedly received over 100 calls and 300 texts on his mobile phone everyday.
This is because his father’s phone number was featured on R&B duo VIBE‘s song “Call Me Everyday”.
His number was shown in the music video and lyrics of the song.
The number should have belonged to Vibe’s company, Major9, as they announced to fans that if they call it, they could listen to VIBE’s song for 20 seconds.
This has not happened as the man is still receiving prank calls to this day. The agency has yet to respond to his call for help.
