Korean Entertainer Divorces After 12 Years Of Marriage

TV personality and comedian Kim Byung Man has divorced his wife after 12 years of marriage and shared his feelings about the situation.

On November 22, news broke that Kim Byung Man was going through a divorce, a decision made after a long separation. Kim Byung Man told SpoTV News it was “difficult to mention specifics about the divorce.”

Furthermore, there was news that Kim Byung Man was going through hardships. Having lost his mother last May through an unfortunate accident, he expressed that he received comments regarding his lack of television appearances.

There were comments like, ‘He’s not doing broadcasts anymore after his mother passed away.’ Naturally, I couldn’t help but be half-hearted about appearing on broadcasts.

He further explained that he had difficulty standing on stage because he couldn’t smile and chat while he didn’t feel like it on the inside.

The reason I reduced my appearances on broadcasts was because it was difficult to stand on stage. I couldn’t go on variety shows as I couldn’t talk about it specifically. My job is an entertainer, so it doesn’t make sense for me to say I don’t want to laugh or chat on broadcasts. Various thoughts weighted on me, leading me to withdraw to the outskirts of the city.
