Korean Netizens Call Out Dispatch For Reporting On WINNER’s Mino
Recently, Dispatch exposed WINNER’s Mino, currently serving as a social service worker, to suspicions of dereliction of duty after transferring his work location from the Mapo Facility Management Corporation to the Mapo Resident Convenience Facility in March.
With this, the Military Manpower Administration immediately began investigations regarding the allegations.
If the reports released are true, he can be punished according to the Social Service Worker Act.

However, most recently, military personnel have reported to media outlets the alleged truth behind the accusations. Mino, who was classified as Grade 4 during his physical examination, is known to be receiving treatment for panic disorder and bipolar disorder.
