Korean Netizens React To IVE’s “Accendio” Music Video

IVE just released their music video for “Accendio,” and it seems to already be a great hit. The girls took on a new direction with this one, going for a magical theme to match the title of the song.

It starts with all the girls in the pool. Wonyoung looks gorgeous with near to no makeup.

…until they realize that Gaeul, who was standing with them just seconds ago, has disappeared.

She shows up with a magic wand all of a sudden.

The girls are told that if they can protect the wand until midnight, they will gain mystical powers.

The girls barely make a transformation into the fairies that they are…

…before dark versions of themselves show up.

It turns out that Gaeul actually stole the wand from them.

The girls enter a stand-off where they dance battle for the wand.

Although Gaeul manages to hide it through a portal just as the clock turns midnight, the wand is no where to be found. A toddler later picks it up at the beach.

The unique storyline seemed to entertain netizens. They also loved the fantasy genre qualities that were inserted into the video.
