A well-known Korean streamer and freelance announcer has made headlines after testing positive for drug use upon her return to Korea.
Kim Na Jung was investigated by the Incheon International Airport Police on November 12. She is under suspicion of violating drug control laws.
Initial tests have revealed the presence of methamphetamine in Kim’s system.
According to sources, the police have requested an in-depth analysis from the National Forensic Service to confirm the findings further.
Kim had been staying in Manila, Philippines, before flying back to Korea, where she was questioned for approximately two hours upon arrival at Incheon Airport. The investigation was conducted after the star confessed to the crime in social media. In the now-deleted post Kim allegedly admitted to drug use.

The Incheon Airport Police intend to transfer the details of Kim’s case to the police department responsible for her residence for further investigation. A representative explained that Kim reached out for help, citing concerns for her safety, which prompted officials to provide protection and delve into her drug use immediately upon her arrival.
Meanwhile, Kim has previously built a career as a freelance announcer and weathercaster and has appeared in various entertainment programs.
