K-Pop Fans Fake Own Kidnapping In Attempt To Meet BTS Members

K-Pop fans go to great lengths to meet their idols, but for these three girls from India.. their idea was a little bit too much.

The young girls (aged 11 and 13) planned to pretend that they were kidnapped, so they could work in a different city to earn some money. They planned to fly to Seoul in order to get a chance to meet the BTS members.

They called the police station and pretended that they had been kidnapped in a school van. Police officers immediately jumped on the case and traced the call back to a woman.

They tracked down the woman (whose phone the girls had borrowed) at a bus stop, who quickly brought the girls to the police station. The girls quickly admitted that they were attempting to earn money to meet BTS.
