K-Pop Fans React To U.S. President Joe Biden Dropping Out Of Election

Current U.S. President and 2024 Democratic presidential candidate, Joe Biden, has dropped out of the race against former U.S. President and Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump.

Joe Biden released a statement via his social media account on July 21. He briefly explained his decision.

In a follow-up post shortly after, Biden endorsed his vice president, Kamala Harris, as the next Democratic presidential candidate.

The news shocked some, as just the day before, he was still posting about potentially winning the election.

Yet, K-Pop fans also have some less than serious reactions to the news. They compared Joe Biden’s method of releasing such serious news to K-Pop artists whose companies release statements via social media.
