K-Pop Groups And T.V. Shows Announce Cancellation Of Schedules In Light Of ASTRO Moonbin's Passing

Following the tragic passing of ASTRO‘s Moonbin, T.V. shows and the agencies of various K-Pop groups have announced the cancellation of upcoming schedules.

Below are the artists and programs that have made public announcements.

Billlie

Billlie, the K-Pop girl group of Moonbin’s sister, Moon Sua, announced on their fan cafe that they will be temporarily halting all scheduled activities.

Mourning the passing of Moonbin, singer and actress IU has requested that her interview for upcoming film Dream be published at a later date.

GOT7’s Youngjae

On April 20, MBC announced the cancellation of the day’s airing of Youngjae’s radio program, Close Friend.

iKON

iKON’s agency, 143 Entertainment, announced that the group’s album preview and concept photos, which were scheduled to be released today, were postponed for April 21 2PM and 6PM KST, respectively.

Music Bank

Similar to LE SSERAFIM, KBS Music Bank has cancelled today’s “on the way to work” photoshoot of invited artists prior to the broadcast.

MMTG

This week’s broadcast of Lee Eun Jae‘s variety show, MMTG, was canceled. The episode, which features veteran actress Youn Yuh Jung, will instead be uploaded on April 24, Monday.

BTS’s Suga

Weverse Shop released a statement saying that the announcement of winners for BTS Suga’s Agust D solo album video call fansign will be postponed. The video call itself was also pushed back, and they will be providing more details at a later time.
