LE SSERAFIM’s Kazuha Unveils Her Secrets To Getting A Toned AF Body, And We’re Taking Down Notes
LE SSERAFIM‘s Kazuha is one of the first artists who come to mind when someone mentions “fit” K-Pop idols.
With her toned arms and defined abs, it’s no wonder she earns praise for her physique.
In a new interview with Weverse Magazine, Kazuha acknowledged the hype that both she and her members have received in this regard. Commenting that she was “thankful” for the attention, she said that she was flattered that people look up to her for inspiration.
All the members of LE SSERAFIM are dedicated to working out, and I’m thankful that people really appreciate that. A lot of people these days find value in working out and going to the gym and I think they’re looking to us for that, too. I like that we can motivate a lot of people not only through our music and performances but through exercise as well.

She admitted to feeling a sense of responsibility for the praise that she receives. This fuels her to work out to the best of her abilities.
Lots of people take an interest in our muscles so I feel a sense of responsibility and think about how I need to keep working out as best I can. The other members all work hard on their own individual exercises.

The secret to her success was by having a consistent workout routine. In Kazuha’s case, this was made possible by using online resources such as YouTube and music sites as fuel to do better.
I work out by looking up different videos on YouTube depending on my focus or the type of exercise I want to do at any given time. I even made something like a music playlist but for working out—a workout list.

Kazuha highlighted the importance of taking a proactive approach when it comes to the type of exercises that one plans on doing.

Finally, the other LE SSERAFIM members also work out consistently. They particularly focus on upper body exercises such as those that focus on their stomach and arm areas.
They’re especially focused on upper-body exercises since that’s what they tend to show off when they’re wearing the outfits we perform in. Sometimes I take the exercise routine videos I watch and share them in our group chat, too.
