Meet LE SSERAFIM’s Newest Member Kazuha, The Idol Who Was A Professional Ballerina
Over the past week, netizens have shared their excitement as the members of HYBE and Source Music‘s upcoming girl group LE SSERAFIM have been announced. From former IZ*ONE members Sakura and Chaewon, to new faces, netizens are anticipating the debut of the group in May.
On April 7, it was announced that the newest member of the group is Japanese-born Kazuha.
Kazuha was born in Japan and, from the minute her photos were shared, netizens couldn’t get over the beauty and grace of the group’s newest member.
However, alongside her amazing visuals, the pictures showcased an idol who has beautiful lines and grace.
Netizens also noticed that on Kazuha’s video teaser, the idol was dancing in a ballerina tutu and showcasing beautiful moves that oozed grace and elegance.
After watching the clip, it wasn’t surprising when netizens found out Kazuha was actually a professional ballet dancer before joining LE SSERAFIM. However, although Kazuha will be a rookie when she debuts, this is far from the truth for her ballet career.
According to sources, at the beginning of her ballet career, Kazuha trained at the Bolshoi Ballet Academy in Russia and the Royal Ballet School in the UK. Both schools are amongst the best in the world and the Royal Ballet School only accepts 16 students per intake.
In 2020, Kazuha was then scouted by the prestigious Dutch National Ballet Academy in the Netherlands and continued to shine in her performances. Netizens have shared images of Kazuha during her time as a ballet dancer, and she definitely exudes elegance and class.
In particular, one netizen has shared an alleged list of accomplishments of Kazuha, showcasing just how talented she really is. The list shows that not only has Kazuha won an endless number of awards worldwide, including the Asian Grand Prix but she also got cast in main roles in shows, including Juliet in William Shakespeare‘s Romeo And Juliet.
In a recent video shared by a netizen, Kazuha’s talent is undeniable and it wouldn’t be surprising if the idol is the group’s main dancer, and also brings her own ballet influences to the group and choreography.

When all of the news about Kazuha’s past and ballet experience was revealed, netizens couldn’t hide their amazement at her talent, explaining that HYBE was lucky to scout her. Some even speculated that the company had flown all the way to The Netherlands to ensure she would join the group.

Although some of the group’s recent announcements have been shrouded by controversy, there is no denying that they are a group to watch. With so many talented members being announced already, the group seems to be showcasing a diverse lineup that will shine.
