When AKMU performed “Give Love” and “200%” on the show last year, the clip went viral for the different way Lee Chanhyuk grooved, made facial expressions, and sang the songs.
Many accused Lee Chanhyuk of contracting the “G-Dragon Disease” after that, which refers to a signature style that BIGBANG‘s G-Dragon has when he performs.
As a result, fans jokingly canceled “soulful Chanhyuk” and “Chanhyuk with swag.”
But Lee Chanhyuk addressed the accusations in a laid-back manner.
I think what everybody needs to worry about even more is the fact that I don’t know what the problem is. What’s wrong with it?
— Lee Chanhyuk
According to Chanhyuk, he simply likes to groove when he performs.
And he’s not apologetic about it.
I’m just enjoying myself. I’m sorry if I caused anyone discomfort.
