Lee Chung Ah started at around 52.2kg (115 lbs).
She ate brown rice, beef curry, and natto for her meal of the day. The full serving of rice and plentiful beef makes it a great protein-filled meal.
She worked out for an hour that day.
Lee Chung Ah didn’t eat anything else for the day. The next day, she hit 51.5kg (113.5 lbs).
For breakfast, she had black beans in purple rice, and various seasoned vegetables and kimchi.
She did not eat anything else after. The next day, her weight was surprisingly similar to the day before.
Feeling a push, she had tofu and tomatoes for breakfast.
After her workout, she had salmon poke for dinner.
She lost only a little bit of weight by the next day.
On the fourth day, she had duck breast and tomatoes for breakfast. Lee Chung Ah doesn’t believe in scrimping on seasoning even during diets. She drizzled her tomatoes with honey.
She clocked her daily workout.
On the fifth day, she finally entered the 50kg range.
She had a cheat day with her friend. They ate braised chicken (jjimdak) and glass noodles.
She also snacked on caramel popcorn.
She gained 0.4kg (0.88 lbs) after the cheating day.
Back to her diet, on the sixth day, she had tofu salad sprinkled with nuts and cucumber.
She worked out extra hard that day.
For dinner, she only had tofu and celery.
The hard work paid off, as her weight dropped back to 50.6kg (111.5 lbs).
