Lee Hyori Flexes Her Friendship With BLACKPINK’s Jennie In Latest Instagram Update
Legendary K-Pop singer Lee Hyori recently took to her Instagram to flaunt her wholesome relationship with BLACKPINK’s Jennie.
On November 19, KST, Lee Hyori shared a picture of a unique red boot-shaped cake. In the caption, she tagged Jennie and thanked her.
The cake, evidently gifted to Lee by Jennie, is part of a special collaboration between Jennie and Nudake, an artisanal dessert brand. For this project, the idol actually designed four dessert items for the brand, including the cake that she sent to Lee Hyori, called the “Rogue Heel” cake. The other three items are a “JennyRubyJane” three-tier cake, a “Cameo” white chocolate cookie, and a “Cotta” panna cotta.

Though this collection of desserts is set to be released on November 28, KST, Lee Hyori was one of the few lucky celebrities who got to enjoy the treat before anyone else!
Jennie’s sweet gesture toward her senior has once again shown that despite their 17 years of age gap, the two “it girls” of K-Pop have gotten closer with time. Even before the two met on-screen for the first time during Lee Hyori’s talk show The Seasons: Lee Hyori’ Red Carpet, the veteran singer has openly shared her appreciation, as well as concerns for Jennie.
