Singer Lee Sang Eun Found Dead In Bathroom Minutes Before Performance
Soprano singer Lee Sang Eun was found dead in a bathroom before her performance. She was 46.
On July 7, News1 reported that police are investigating the death of the singer after she was found dead in a bathroom minutes before her performance.
The report states that on July 6, at around 8:23 pm, an event staffer called the police after finding the singer’s lifeless body in the concert venue’s third-floor women’s bathroom.
It was time for Lee Sang Eun to come on stage, but she wasn’t backstage. When I looked in the bathroom, I found her lying on the floor.

Yonhap News also reported that police are investigating the incident but didn’t suspect foul play.
Lee Sang Eun is remembered as a beloved soprano singer. She graduated from Seoul National University before getting her Master’s degree from the Mannes School Of Music in New York.
