Lenzo Yoon Expected To Fully Leave HYBE At The End Of 2024

A major reason for HYBE’s growth is leaving.

Lenzo Yoon (also known as Yoon Seok Jun) is expected to fully leave HYBE at the end of 2024.

According to an exclusive report from Maeil Kyungje, Lenzo Yoon recently returned to Korea nearly 18 months after he stepped down as co-CEO of HYBE America. He returned to Korea with his family. Lenzo Yoon has not held a notable position within HYBE since stepping down as co-CEO of HYBE America in January 2023. The report stated that Lenzo Yoon has a non-compete clause in his contract that lasts until the end of 2024. Upon the expiration of his non-compete clause, he is expected to fully depart from HYBE.

Maeil Kyungje asked HYBE to comment on their report, but HYBE did not respond.

HYBE never officially announced Lenzo Yoon’s resignation. Variety first reported how Scooter Braun would become HYBE America’s sole CEO back in January 2023. Lenzo Yoon has been at HYBE since its Big Hit Entertainment days, joining in 2010. He is credited with the company’s strategic planning, recognizing the importance of in-house content creation and enhancing the fan experience.
