MAMAMOO‘s Solar has reportedly purchased a ₩4.5 billion KRW ($3.92 million USD) building in Sinchon.
According to an exclusive report from Maeil Kyungjae, Solar purchased a ₩4.5 billion KRW ($3.92 million USD) building in Changjeon-dong, Seodaemun-gu back in January 2021 and paid off the balance in June. The building has 1 basement floor and 4 above-ground floors, and is located in the middle of a commercial district that has a large floating population. It is also located just a three minute walk from Sinchon station.
Real estate experts stated that the sale price of the building was influenced by the fact that it is located in a semi-residential area of Changjeon-dong, so the price was a little lower than if it was fully-residential. In addition, they stated that the Sinchon area is generally more under-valued compared to its neighbor to the west in Hongdae, but as it is surrounded by three large universities, there is a possibility that the value will jump up in the future.
