Married Entertainer’s “Obsession” With aespa’s Winter Goes “Too Far,” Grossing Fans Out
As a member of one of the most popular girl groups, it is easy to see why aespa’s Winter would be popular. The all-rounder idol is talented and has gorgeous visuals to match, making her the favorite of many fans.
Even other stars have named Winter their favorite group member, proving her popularity. However, recently, fans felt one veteran star’s “obsession” with Winter has taken an uncomfortable turn.
Park Myung Soo is a comedian, MC, singer, and songwriter who has been active in the industry for over three decades.
The preview for a program featuring Park Myung Soo and Winter was recently shared on YouTube, featuring the older star cosplaying as ASTRO‘s Cha Eunwoo. The clip shows Park Myung Soo posing for a photo shoot as if he were Eunwoo, with the last part of the teaser including Winter.
Winter asks if “being handsome is everything” before the pair is shown touching heads and facing the camera. The video’s ending states that “Eunsoo and Minjeong’s Secret Story” would be revealed next week.
While this would naturally make some feel a bit uncomfortable due to the age gap of 30 years, Park Myung Soo’s past comments about Winter have made fans’ outlook even worse.
Park Myung Soo once named Winter as the most beautiful idol, saying that her visuals were “inhuman.”
During a radio show appearance with aespa, he shared that he had argued with his wife over his praise of the female star.
We were watching ‘Street Woman Fighter 2’ together, and WINTER came out. When WINTER performed, my wife said to me, ‘You must be so happy right now. Are you happy, huh?
I didn’t know what to say, so I was like, ‘Yeah, I mean. I guess I am…?’ We ended up having a huge fight with each other after that.

Some fans have accused the star of using his position to live out a fantasy with Winter, saying this clip with romantic implications is incredibly inappropriate.
