The Metropolitan Museum Of Art Is Just As Excited About BTS’s Recent New York Visit As ARMYs Are
Although BTS’s visit to New York has come to an end, we’ll never be over it! From the looks of it, The Metropolitan Museum of Art (the Met) won’t ever get over it either!
During their visit, BTS went to the Met with First Lady Kim Jung Sook and the Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, Hwang Hee to present the museum with a gift from the South Korean government. They gifted the Met a piece by artist Chung Hae Cho to be displayed during an upcoming art exhibition.
RM also made a speech at the Met during the visit just two short years after his first solo visit to the famous art museum.
BTS’s visit to New York as special envoys was a huge milestone for the group, and ARMYs couldn’t be more proud. Understandably, the fandom has been abuzz with news of BTS’s visit, and fans’ excitement isn’t showing any signs of slowing down. From the looks of it, the Met itself is joining in on all the excitement, too!
The Met replied to RM’s tweet with photos of his recent visit to the museum.

The person behind the Met’s Twitter account thanked him for visiting and said it was an absolute pleasure to have him. Although the Met replied directly to RM, we’re sure they were absolutely thrilled to have all the members visit the museum!
Thank you so much for visiting! It was our absolute pleasure to have you. ❤️
