Military Personnel Exposes The Alleged Truth Behind WINNER Mino’s Manipulation Accusations
Amid the controversy surrounding WINNER’s Mino on manipulation of attendance as a social service worker, manager A has once again denied the allegations investigated by the Military Manpower Administration (MMA).
Manager A, who was in charge of Mino’s attendance as a social service worker, told the media outlet Star News that he had recorded his attendance using the format set by the MMA.
I saw him once a day. I checked to see if he came to work and received his signature. Since I’m not only managing Mino, I may not have checked in the morning when I was busy. For that, the MMA can check through the CCTV.

Manager A also revealed that Mino had already been classified as unfit for alternative service around March-April. Mino was classified as Grade 4 during his physical examination and is known to be receiving treatment for panic disorder and bipolar disorder.
“After talking with the MMA, I decided that he could be discharged as he was unfit for service, and I even recommended it to him. With this situation, I believe the MMA would agree that this is grounds for discharge. There was even a similar case of a soldier discharged after two months.
However, Mino refused and stated he had to endure it somehow and complete his service period if he wanted to continue his entertainment career. His willpower seemed very strong.”
