Min Hee Jin Attends First Defendant Investigation On Charges Of Breach Of Trust
On July 9, ADOR’s CEO Min Hee Jin showed up for her first defendant investigation on charges of breach of trust at Yongsan Police Station.
She was seen arriving at the police station in comfortable attire to attend the investigation starting at 2 PM.
Reporters on-site asked how she plans to go about the investigation.
I just need to tell the truth. The breach of trust doesn’t make any sense.
— Min Hee Jin
Previously, HYBE accused Min of breach of trust, stating that she had been trying to usurp management rights to ADOR from HYBE. They also revealed that they had secured evidence to support the claims.
However, Min responded by stating that usurpation of rights was impossible considering the shareholding structure and that she had no intention of doing so.
How can I usurp management rights when HYBE owns 80% of ADOR shares? I have no intention to usurp rights and never attempted to usurp them.
