ADOR‘s Min Hee Jin claims that HYBE actually betrayed her during the press conference regarding her feud with the big company.
During the press conference, Min Hee Jin spoke directly about her relationship with HYBE, specifically the claims that she tried to “usurp” the management. In her comments, she claimed that this was never the case, and asserted such claims were “propaganda.”
My angle and HYBE’s angle are different. Their claim that I tried to usurp management rights is matador (black propaganda). I have never tried to usurp the rights of ADOR. I am a salary-paid CEO.
— Min Hee Jin
Min Hee Jin then went on to share that it wasn’t possible to “usurp” management rights and that she never had any intention of doing so nor had she ever attempted it.
How can I usurp management rights when HYBE owns 80% of ADOR shares? I have no intention to usurp rights and never attempted to usurp them.
— Min Hee Jin
She then called out HYBE and turned their claims around to them. She explained that she didn’t betray HYBE, but believes that they betrayed her.
I wonder what HYBE’s intention was in selling me like this. It’s not that I betrayed HYBE, but HYBE (who used me) that betrayed me. So it’s HYBE who committed a breach of trust.
— Min Hee Jin
Min Hee Jin’s legal representative then went on to say that after everything that has happened, there was no such thing as a “preliminary offense in a breach of trust.” She added that with HYBE filing a complaint for alleged breach of trust, they are “looking forward to seeing what will be written in the complaint.”
While HYBE’s claims were clear at the start of the “feud,” Min Hee Jin’s statement seems to counter that, and she has criticized HYBE. You can read more below.
