Min Hee Jin’s Claims About HYBE Executives And Brothels Resurface Following Bang Si Hyuk’s Meet-Up With Racy Influencer

She made the claims during her first press conference.

On August 8, a photo of Bang Si Hyuk in America was shared on Korean forums. In the photo, he is seen with two women walking the streets of LA, later revealed to be BJs on AfreecaTV, a streaming platform.

One of the women was identified as the famous influencer and AfreecaTV BJ, Juice Seyeon, who recently gained attention by appearing on the new Netflix show The Influencer.

Netizens reacted with disgust, with some questioning the relationship between the two. HYBE also took swift action, getting the photo removed from forums and issuing a statement claiming Bang was acting as a tour guide.

While meeting with acquaintances, he ran into the older of the two and gave her advice on how to handle entertainment imposters.
Afterwards, they came to LA together and asked about tourist attractions and restaurants, so he guided them and made reservations.

After the photo initially spread, some were reminded of claims made by ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin earlier this year during a press conference.

During her first press conference, Min Hee Jin made several allegations against HYBE including one involving executives visiting room salons. Room salons and 10% lounges are high-end adult lounges where clients often engage in prostitution.

Even if I had met with investors as the CEO of a company, what is wrong with that? Will HYBE be as suspicious and scrutinize the presidents of their other labels if they also meet with investors? Did you audit those who have, on countless times, taken investors and business partners to room salons and 10% lounges?

— Min Hee Jin

Bang Si Hyuk being spotted with extremely young women has caused these allegations to resurface. While there is a jump from camming to prostitution (and neither woman has been confirmed to do so) and sex work is valid work, more often than not, in places where prostitution is illegal and unregulated, sex workers are usually at a disadvantage.

There were also concerns that company money was being used to pay for these activities.
