ADOR Min Hee Jin Claims NewJeans’ Parents Saved Her From Making Extreme Choices And Explains Their Close Ties

ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin held a press conference on May 31, 2024. During the conference, she thanked the public for their support and elaborated on her close relationship with NewJeans‘ parents. Thanks to the members and their mothers, she was able to avoid making any drastic choices during her feud with HYBE.
“I was able to endure it due to the members and their mothers. They called me every day to check up on me, in case I made any extreme choices. Honestly, in the entertainment industry, there shouldn’t be any relationship between me and their parents.”

Not only that, Min Hee Jin also explained why she had a particularly close relationship with Min Hee Jin’s parents.
“In other companies, they draw the lines between themselves and the parents, only meeting when we sign contracts. But this method builds too many misunderstandings between each other. If the parents are not able to talk freely about their children with us, then they will not be able to make the right choices. That is why I talk with them openly. We talked about this sort of thing for hours on end at a time, right form the start. That is why I couldn’t help but grow close to the members’ mothers. I’m not only close to the members, but to their younger siblings, older brothers, and more. That is why we have this sort of relationship.”

Min Hee Jin explained her efforts to go above and beyond to become close with the members’ entire families, to prevent any misunderstandings. Often, parents feud with their children’s companies, leading to huge misunderstandings and later mismanagement.
