Min Hee Jin Files Criminal Complaint About HYBE’s CCO
On November 26, 2024, it was reported that Min Hee Jin had filed a criminal complaint about HYBE‘s CCO. According to a news report from a Korean outlet, her legal representative briefly gave a statement about the complaint.
Hello.
This is Markol Consulting Group that is in charge of media communication along with Sejong Law Firm to represent former ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin.
Former CEO Min filed a criminal complaint with the Yongsan Police Station on November 25, 2024, against the HYBE Chief Public Relations Officer (CCO), Park Tae Hee, and the HYBE Public Relations Room Leader Cho Sung Hoon, on the charges of breach of professional duty.
As part of HYBE’s Shared Services PR Room, they have been receiving PR fees from ADOR, but despite their duty to promote NewJeans, they were not only unable to fulfil their professional duty, but they have severely damaged ADOR and NewJeans by trivializing their success and more.
We hope that they will be dealt with for their crimes through criminal punishment.

Previously, it was reported that HYBE’s PR Room had allegedly purposely under-reported NewJeans’ success in Japan.
