Mix Nine Sets Another Record With Lowest Ratings Yet
With just one week left to go until the show’s finale, JTBC‘s Mix Nine just dropped to its lowest rating yet.
According to Nielsen Korea, the January 14 broadcast only scored a 0.546% rating, which is a steep downhill from the previous week’s 0.716 % rating. JTBC’s Mix Nine, unfortunately, was never able to surpass a 2% rating mark.
That’s a pretty low mark compared to other idol survival shows like Mnet’s Produce 101, which brought a 4% average rating while it aired.
The hundreds of trainees were handpicked by Yang Hyun Suk himself, who traveled around different entertainment agencies in a tour bus. The show then went through multiple rounds of performance and elimination stages.
The finale will be aired live on January 26 and the winning team will be releasing an album produced by YG Entertainment. The group is also scheduled to tour around Asia, later this year.
