Model Ji Minju‘s agency released a new statement in regard to the model’s dating allegations with National Team football star Cho Gue Sung.
On December 1, LSAC clarified its previous statement and denied that the model was dating the football star.

Previously, the model’s agency had given credence to the dating rumors by stating that they didn’t know. It seems that the label was forced to step in after seeing the dating allegations take root as truth.

Cho Gue Sung and Ji Minju’s dating allegations started when netizens realized the two were following each other on Instagram. The rumors gained wind when netizens alleged that Ji Minju had uploaded a story wearing the footballer’s jersey.
Cho Gue Sung became an overnight sensation when the K-League striker scored two goals in Korea’s match against Ghana at the 2022 Qatar World Cup. Although the goals were in a losing effort, Cho Gue Sung was one of the few bright spots in the heartbreaking loss.
Korea takes on Portugal on December 3 in their final group match. Korea needs to win to have any hope of reaching the round of 16 in the tournament.
