MONSTA X‘s Hyungwon was the latest guest on Lee Young Ji‘s My Alcohol Diary series, and besides the usual chaos, Young Ji couldn’t handle Hyungwon’s insane visuals.

Hyungwon’s handsomeness couldn’t be obscured even through the intercom screen, giving Young Ji a bit of shock over his uncontainable charm.

And when they saw each other face to face, Young Ji couldn’t help but put distance between them before commenting on how handsome Hyungwon was.

She was so taken by his visuals that she couldn’t help but apologize for looking at him. While it might seem to be an extreme reaction, it’s one any MONBEBE can relate to.

It got to the point where Young Ji had to withdraw for three seconds to collect herself, and when Hyungwon offered her a tissue since she was sweating so much, she wouldn’t let him get close.

Like feeding a stray cat, Hyungwon managed to hand over a tissue to Young Ji, who, after a while, was finally able to calm herself down.

All the progress was ruined, though, as soon as Hyungwon spoke. His deep and honey-coated voice never fails to mesmerize MONBEBEs, so it’s no surprise that all of Young Ji’s hard work to calm down was broken by a single sentence.

And while Young Ji’s high energy can sometimes wear other people down, she found herself more exhausted dealing with Hyungwon’s effortless charm.

Hyungwon doesn’t even have to try to send MONBEBEs into a meltdown with his handsomeness, so we can only relate to Young Ji and applaud her for making it through the entire filming without losing it (well, she did lose to Hyungwon’s drinking capacity).
