In light of the recent MERS outbreak in South Korea, Music Core issued a precaution to all artists, staff members and attendees.
On June 6th, Music Core posted a warning to their homepage saying, “To those who are attending Music Core, please make sure you have a face mask and to wear it before entering the premises. All those who are not wearing one will not be allowed to enter.” Attending artists such as SHINee, EXO, KARA and more, along with the production team and staff members are also instructed to do the same as a precautionary measure to the disease outbreak.
With the MERS in the mind of everyone in the South Korea, the entertainment industry started their own precautions to prevent the spread of the disease.
