She surprised fans when she posted a set of photos in 2024 with her tattoos visibly lightened.

Nana shared that she was removing them for the sake of her mother. She had gotten the tattoos due to psychological stress. After she felt better, she decided to indulge her mother’s wishes to see her skin without tattoos again.

Nana has been undergoing removal procedures for a year now. As they are all over her body, it is quite a painful task.

Nana adviced that numbing cream should be applied for over two hours. She sat through the pain that day as she did not have time.

She showed herself lying on a tattoo bed, removing a set of tattoos on her back and neck.

The process is done by a laser.
