NCT’s Johnny Sends The Internet Into Meltdown At The 2022 Met Gala By Becoming Besties With Gigi Hadid And Kris Jenner
One of the biggest events of the year is the annual Met Gala. Each year, the rich and the famous all come together to help raise funds for the museum’s Costume Institute. In particular, the past few years have seen many K-Pop and Korean celebrities make their debut.
This year, one of the stand out attendees was none other than NCT‘s Johnny!
It had been speculated that Johnny would be attending the event after he shared images from his travels in America. So, it wasn’t surprising (but was extremely exciting) when it was confirmed that the idol would attend the prestigious event.

At the event, Johnny looked stunning in an ultra-long satin black tailcoat with silver detailing and a matching suit underneath, but of course, with no shirt to showcase Johnny’s personality.
Well, it seems as if Johnny wasn’t only stealing the show at the event but stealing the hearts of the other guests. Of course, the 2022 Met Gala was full of celebrities, and it seemed as if they all wanted a taste of Johnny.
The first celeb whose interaction with Johnny caused chaos was none other than model Gigi Hadid. Before the event itself, netizens couldn’t contain their excitement when an image was posted of some celebrities attending (well, their shoes), and Gigi Hadid and Johnny were in the picture.
A video of the duo in the same shot as each other while on the red carpet also caught the attention of fans…
Until Johnny finally shared a photo of himself and Gigi on his Instagram. Of course, they both looked absolutely phenomenal in their contrasting outfits.
If that wasn’t enough, later on, during a segment for Vogue, eagle-eyed netizens spotted another possible and maybe odd friendship brewing, and it was between Kris Jenner and Johnny.
In the background of a video, netizens saw Johnny approaching Kris Jenner and the duo started talking to each other.
Some even said that Johnny also could’ve been certified besties with Kris and Kylie Jenner as they were at the same table at the event.
