Netflix‘s The Boyfriend, Japan’s first gay dating reality program, has grown increasingly popular as the season has progressed.

Unlike other dating programs, The Boyfriend‘s contestants have a goal outside of romance, which has added to many watchers’ experiences. The men must work together to run a food truck, allowing non-romantic bonds to form.

While there seems to be one fan-favorite couple, many other potential pairings have stood out to netizens, including the relationship between Usak and Kazuto.

Sadly, Usak left the show half way through the season due to a work trip, cutting short any possible romances.

However, some eagle-eyed fans have spotted proof that Usak and Kazuto might have ended up being endgame!

A netizen recently shared a set of photos of the two men from their instagram accounts. Each photo was taken at night time and at first does not seem to be suspicious.

The netizen, however, noticed that the back ground the images appear to be taken at the same location, based on the Tower Records sign shown. Another viewer also pointed out that they appear to be wearing “couple” bracelets.

This is not the only suspected lovestagram that has been spotted. Netizens believe that the pair also visited Paris and Thailand together in December 2023 and April 2024, respectively, based on previous posts.

Also fueling the flames is a comment liked by Kazuto that said they were rooting on his and Usak’s relationship.
