Male Contestant On Netflix’s “The Influencer” Criticized For His Behavior Towards Popular Female Influencer
Netflix‘s new show The Influencer sees 77 influencers try to showcase their worth through a series of challenges.
The first episodes were released, and in the first episode, the contestants had to watch each other’s introduction videos and could send likes or dislikes to the contestants.
One contestant who’s game plan had netizens furious was caddiewanny. He was approaching various female contestants and asking for likes, claiming he didn’t have any to give in return. When they said no, he would threaten to give them a “dislike.”
He then went to well-known influencer Shim Euddeum, who netizens might known after she starred in Physical: 100.
Going to Euddeum, he asked how many likes she had and if she could give one to him, despite claiming to have no likes left.
Shim Euddeum explained that she was only exchanging likes and understandably got confused when caddiewanny said he would have to give her a “dislike.”
She explained how unfair it was, and caddiewanny then explained he was willing to exchange, suddenly going back on the statement he made about having no likes, obviously trying to win points without wasting his own.
She was rightly not impressed with his threats and when caddiewanny left without saying anything, she gave him a dislike.
When the clip was posted, netizens shared their anger at caddiewanny’s attitude, hitting back at the overall behavior of men and how he showcased their disregard for women and lack of manners.

Shim Euddeum is very popular among netizens, so it’s not surprising that his attitude was criticized.
