Who Is She? The Real Identity Of The Hidden Fourth “Mask Girl” From The Hit Netflix K-Drama
One of the hottest new shows right now on Netflix is the show Mask Girl.
The show follows Kim Mo Mi, who is an office worker who is insecure about her looks. She becomes a masked internet personality by night, but things don’t go to plan, and a series of events take a very dark turn.
Throughout the series, the role of Ko Mi is played by three different stars, Lee Han Byeol, Nana, and Go Hyun Jung.
The three actresses playing the three different Ko Mi’s have shined together at the show’s press conference.
Yet, while the show portrayed Ko Mi with three different actresses who all gained praise for their portrayal, there was a hidden “4th Mask Girl” who may not have got the expose but has shared her experiences of filming the show.
During the episodes, Ko Mi is seen dancing throughout the series, whether it’s in her bedroom in front of her viewers or on stage.
Yet, while many expected the dancing to be done by the actresses who are known as Ko Mi, there seems to be a hidden “4th Mask Girl,” and it’s none other than model Ji Ji An.
Unsurprisingly, the model is absolutely stunning and her visuals are hidden behind the mask, but she revealed that she also plays the role of Ko Mi when it comes to the dance scenes.
On Instagram, the model shared photos of her time filming the show, including wearing the iconic mask.
She even posted a picture with Lee Han Byeol…
In particular, the model became a hot topic when posting about her experience filming in the same Instagram post. In the caption, the model shared her experience of learning the dance and the struggles, including catching COVID and even losing weight because of the amount she sweated.
When I first memorized and practiced the choreography, I thought that senior Kim Wan Sun was truly an amazing and great singer because the performance for ;The Dance In The Rhythm’ was an ultra high difficulty level dance.
I also caught COVID in the midst of practicing and practiced 2-3 hours about 3-4 times a week until March.
The dance might look easy because the full performance wasn’t shown in the drama, but if you dance the whole song one time though you will be drenched in sweat. I remember being out of breath and falling to the floor in the practice room many times.

While Ji An is not in the spotlight for her role, hopefully, more netizens will appreciate the model’s dedication to the role.
