Culinary Class Wars star Triple Star, also known as Kang Seung Won, once walked away from the show without a win, but with a truckload of fans. His gentle and handsome image helped raise his recognition amongst the public, with many flocking to his restaurant Trid.
On October 30, 2024, Dispatch released a damning report about the star. His ex-wife and ex-girlfriend gave testimonies about their times with him. His ex-wife claimed to have been betrayed by cheating after she not only invested in Trid, but also initially helped kickstart his cooking career by allegedly lobbying people for a job for him at a Michelin Star restaurant.
