Netizens Slam Reporter For Asking Min Hee Jin A Question That Should Be For HYBE

On May 31, ADOR’s CEO Min Hee Jin held her second press conference after the court’s ruling in favor of her injunction against HYBE.
This press conference became the center of attention to both netizens and fans as she would be touching base on all the issues regarding the dispute and her plans for the future.
However, netizens began criticizing a reporter’s question regarding whether she had anything to say to the people hurt by this incident.
The criticism started when the reporter named certain groups (BTS, LE SSERAFIM, ILLIT) in the question.

Reporter question: I think there are other idol groups that have also been hurt by this. There have been allegations about BTS being a part of a certain cult, and there are parts where ILLIT and LE SSERAFIM have been hurt too. Is there anything you would like to say to them?
To this, Min Hee Jin gave her honest answer.
“What I want to say to those hurt by the incident. For me, NewJeans was also hurt by this. Everyone has been hurt by this incident. I am human, too. One person on our team said something that stood out to me. ‘I think people think that Heejin is not human.’ This is how they said it, and I am human too…and everyone else is too…and all the members are human too.
So, instead of specifying someone and saying something to them…honestly, the reporters, too, in order to avoid hurting everyone, we need to stop talking about this. If you think about them, I hope you don’t mention them anymore, regardless of what it is. Compromise is needed in order to erase the wounds. We need to talk it out and come up with a way to solve this…”
Netizens felt that the reporter had asked the question to the wrong person!

Meanwhile, Min Hee Jin revealed that she hopes to reach a compromise with HYBE.
