Netizens Can’t Get Over The Hilarious Differences Between Live Broadcasts With HYBE Artists From Different Groups
When it comes to the friendship between artists under the same label, HYBE has become one of the best, with groups like BTS, SEVENTEEN, TXT, and more. Netizens have recently been LOL’ing about the difference in the state live broadcasts between HYBE artists.
One iconic friendship duo that was around long before SEVENTEEN came under the HYBE banner is between ’97 liners BTS’s Jungkook and SEVENTEEN’s Mingyu.
On June 5 (KST), netizens couldn’t hide their surprise when BTS’s Jungkook went live. Although Jungkook is used to impromptu broadcasts, normally without any knowledge of the HYEB staff, it seems like Mingyu couldn’t hide his surprise that people were watching.
Throughout the live, it was pure chaos as the two were giggling and chatting with fans while having a drink.
Even as the broadcast ended, it was truly chaotic as the two tipsy besties said goodbye to fans.
Yet, it wasn’t surprising that netizens couldn’t help but compare it to another broadcast between two HYBE artists, and it was SEVENTEEN’s Seungkwan and TXT’s Soobin.
Back in February, the two idols surprised everyone with a live broadcast, and it couldn’t have been further from Jungkook and Mingyu’s.
Throughout the video, it showed the amount of thought and preparation that had gone into the schedule, from the joint opening screen…
To the fact that Seungkwan revealed that there was staff in front of them while they were chatting with fans.
After the live broadcasts, netizens couldn’t help but compare it to Soobin and Seungkwan’s Weverse live earlier in the year.
Fans couldn’t get over the fact that the TXT/SEVENTEEN broadcast was completely monitored and even had staff with them, whereas Jungkook once again randomly started a broadcast while they were being cute and slightly drunk.

When the two videos were shared with the comparisons, netizens joked about how the HYBE staff had probably given up on trying to control Jungkook, with others joking that it was a “senior” privilege.
With two joint HYBE Weverse broadcasts in the space of a few months, hopefully, more will come… albeit not as chaotic and unexpected as Jungkook and Mingyu’s was.
