Netizens Notice Something Different About Red Velvet Irene’s “The ReVe Festival 2022 – Birthday” Teasers
Red Velvet recently released a series of stunning teasers for their upcoming album, The ReVe Festival 2022 – Birthday. There were photos of the whole group, each member, and two subunits of Wendy and Joy in one set, and Irene, Seulgi, and Yeri in another.
In all the images, the girls were dressed in mainly black and white casual attire while surrounded by a chaotic birthday party.
The members’ solo teasers had a similar theme, but Red Velvet’s fans, ReVeluvs, quickly noticed a distinct difference between Irene’s photos and the rest of her members. Hawk-eyed netizens pointed out that although all the girls had 6 solo shots each, Irene didn’t have any photos surrounded by a mouth.

Some fans speculated that Irene would play a monster coming to eat the members.
