Netizens Divided Over Security Guard Who Attacked Boy Group Fan At Airport
Recently, a fan of boy group CRAVITY was allegedly assaulted by a security guard at the airport. They accused a security guard of repeatedly hitting their head, chasing them down, as well as of mocking them. The fan claims that they did not approach the boys too closely, and was not in anyone’s way.

The fan tried to avoid the confrontation as they were afraid of facing a grown man as a minor. Later, they criticized the security guard for their behavior, citing that it was their job to protect the idols, not to threaten the fans.
In response to the situation, many netizens have expressed their sympathy for the victim.
- The fan was far away. Why is he like that?
- It’s not like they approached the members closely. They were just filming from afar. What’s up with him?
- Isn’t it possible for them to sue on the grounds of assault at this rate? He seems mentally ill.
- They weren’t even close to the members, why did he push them? Crazy.
- They’re not even blocking the path, neither were they stuck close to the boys. He just pushed the fan away like that. Isn’t that one-sided assault?
On the other hand, a few have expressed their sympathy, but maintained that fans should avoid the airport.

“Can’t they just not go to the airport in the first place? Since there’s crowding and celebrities are sensitive about physical contact, it’s possible that the guards mistook things… I get the security guard’s POV. It’s not like if they just use words, people would back off obediently.”
