NewJeans Reportedly Files Petition To Support ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin
According to Yonhap News, on May 18, 2024, it was reported that the five members of NewJeans allegedly submitted a petition with the court the day before, during the first court trial between HYBE and ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin.
The court trial was held due to HYBE’s request for a provisional injunction against Min Hee Jin and her voting rights regarding the management of ADOR. The petition is said to be the first official action taken by the members in the entire incident. Up to now, they have not directly addressed the issue nor have they given any statement personally.
Details of the petition are not known. Since their debut, the members have shown a strong bond with their CEO. On May 17, 2024, in court, Min’s legal representative also stated that “NewJeans want to be with Min Hee Jin.”
