Haerin shares that her favorite workout is surprisingly stretching!
Though it may not be much of a workout, it helps her feel good and eliminate stiffness.

The members note how it’s especially important to do before dancing, along with any kind of movement or exercise that makes you feel good.
Stretching can help improve blood circulation, fix your posture, eliminate pain, and improve flexibility.
