A netizen’s claim that NewJeans‘ Hanni and RIIZE‘s Anton were dating has gone viral.
On July 17, a post titled “RIIZE’s Anton Is Dating NewJeans’ Hanni” went viral. The post has since been viewed over 175K times in a popular online community.
In the post, the author alleges that the two idols were dating. What the author doesn’t do, however, is provide any evidence — not even the all-too-common photos of the idols wearing matching outfits, which have become a staple of these types of allegations. Instead, the author lazily alleges that the two have too many things that overlap.

The post has since sparked backlash, with many condemning the author for simply being a malicious troll. Many others felt that the dating allegation was a product of DC Inside users, the controversial incel community that has been targeting Min Hee Jin and NewJeans ever since their feud with HYBE.
