Min Hee Jin Vindicated After Dispatch Is Exposed For Framing CEO With Manipulated Text Messages In Fake “Sexual Harassment” Cover-Up
Dispatch has been exposed for the malicious way it had edited Min Hee Jin‘s text messages.
On July 31, a post titled “Dispatch Is Ended With This” went viral. The post has since been viewed nearly 65K times as of this writing.
In the post, the author reveals how Dispatch maliciously edited text messages before releasing them as facts. Previously, Dispatch released the message below, claiming it was evidence that Min Hee Jin had covered up sexual harassment allegations.
- MHJ: I trusted you even before you even tried to defend yourself. But what do you mean you don’t remember? Doesn’t that mean you could have done it?
- Director A: I said that I might have said that it was better than watching with two men. I also told you that I never called her a young lady.
- Director A: I’m sure “B” feels wronged, I know she really wanted to work at ADOR.
- Director A: I am sorry ㅜㅜ. You are cleaning up the mess I’ve made again. I won’t cause trouble in the future.
Dispatch claimed that Director A stating “You are cleaning up the mess I’ve made again” was evidence that Min Hee Jin had previously covered up sexual harassment allegations. However, the full conversation depicts a different picture. Below are the rest of the conversation that was edited out by Dispatch.
- MHJ: I understand that. But because you had also been a victim of bullying throughout your career, I thought you would be good to “B”.
- MHJ: I thought you would understand her better and be nicer to her. How can you treat “B” the way you’ve been treated by (Blurred).
- Director A: I will do my best to change my mind state.
- MHJ: If you treat “X” like sh*t and then treat “Y” like sh*t. What would you say if (Blurred) said that they treated you like sh*t because they were passionate and cared about you. What would you do then?!
It’s obvious that what “A” had meant by “Cleaning up my mess” had nothing to do with sexual harassment but that “A” had been bullied at work by (Blurred) until Min Hee Jin stepped in to stop it. ADOR’s CEO revealed this in a message that she had uploaded recently.
This isn’t something that should be on trial in the court of public opinion and judged by people who don’t know the full complexities of the situation, but as things have gotten out of hand I am disappointed that I have to explain my side.
And even if I had explained everything, I am not able to share all of what had occurred. There are many things that you aren’t aware of. In the problematic article (Dispatch) the maliciously edited messages aren’t about (B). There was a director (Blurred) who we had issues with internally. As such, these edited messages that hide the truth aren’t things the public need to know.

A netizen who responded to the post then uploaded the full text exchange between Min Hee Jin and the employee as well as the subsequent text messages that Dispatch had reconfigured.
This was Min Hee Jin’s alleged text message that Dispatch reconfigured. In the text message, Min Hee Jin
- MHJ: I trusted you even before you even tried to defend yourself. But what do you mean you don’t remember? Doesn’t that mean you could have done it?
Below is that same message in its entirety. Rather than cover up for the employee, Min Hee Jin is seen berating the employee.
- MHJ: I trusted you
- MHJ: But this is an unacceptable answer.
- MHJ: It isn’t like you’re denying it. You are saying you don’t remember?
- MHJ: Doesn’t that mean you could have done it?
- MHJ: You are the only one who doesn’t remember.
- Director A: I told you over the phone that time we spoke. I told you I don’t remember.
- MHJ: I don’t remember either. Rewrite it then.
