At the 2024 The Fact Music Awards, NewJeans made their feelings about the recent shocking leadership changes at ADOR clear. The girls chose their acceptance speech to send a powerful message.
At the ceremony tonight NewJeans won four well-earned awards: Artist of the Year (Bonsang), World Best Performer, Worldwide ICON, and the MUSINSA Popularity Award.

It was during the acceptance speeches that members Danielle and Hyein decided to disclose their candid thoughts on who they consider to be their and the label’s CEO.
During their acceptance speech, Danielle spoke directly to Min and thanked her for always “protecting” the group. What gained the most attention however, was the star’s use of the word CEO.

Later in the night, Hyein emphasized their feelings on the CEO even more, repeatedly referring to Min as their CEO and even stressing the use of the title.
