In the photo, the production crew is sporting ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin‘s blue ball cap that became an icon at her first press conference addressing her feud with HYBE.
The photo was soon circulated online, with K-Pop communities like theqoo getting a good laugh from the “teamwork” on set.
Some found humor in the act alone, while others took it as a chance to dig at BELIFT LAB for pushing the term “ILLIT-Core” in their recent defensive video. A few even wondered how HYBE’s Bang Si Hyuk would react to the photo.
- “It was all sold out after the press conference, though. Where did they get theirs?! LOL.”
- “At this point, it only makes sense for the LA Dodgers to invite Min Hee Jin to do a first pitch, haha.”
- “WTF, haha. I can hear Fat Bang in Yongsan losing his marbles.”
- “HAHA.”
- “LOL.”
- “NGL, I kind of want that blue baseball cap, too. I would not be surprised to hear that their sales soared after the press conference. Haha.”
- “A team hat, LOL.”
- “This is f*cking hilarious, haha.”
- “Is this not Min Hee Jin-Core?! LOL. You gotta be this iconic to be a ‘core’ at all. If no one knows about it, it cannot be ‘core.'”
- “It’s giving Hee Jin-Core. LOL.”
As for the reason the production team was all rocking the Hee Jin-Core look, one commenter—alleging themselves as someone who worked on set as a part of the production crew—claimed that the baseball cap was “given out.”
- “LMAO. How did they get their hands on those caps, though? It was sold out everywhere.”
- “This is CRAZY, haha.”
- “I worked on set as a part of the production team. The baseball caps were given out to all the staff members. Haha. Thanks to that, I got one, too!”
- “What the heck is this?! LMAO.”
- “Haha, daebak.“
